Our Returns Policy includes the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law and provides you with additional benefits in addition to those rights.
We will refund any items that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in an unused, saleable condition and are received by us within 14 days from the date you receive the order along with the proof of purchase. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 7 days of us receiving the item and the refund being approved. We will contact you if the refund is not approved due to the product being returned in an unsaleable condition. Please note that you will be responsible for all return/exchange shipping costs and these are non-refundable.
We do not refund, exchange or issue credit notes on sale, seconds or samples. All sale, seconds or sample items sold are regarded as final purchases, so please order carefully. When you purchase samples or seconds you, as the buyer, accept that there are slight imperfections on the product which is why you are purchasing it at a significantly reduced price. Please contact us at email@example.com if you have any questions regarding the product before purchasing and we will do our best to answer these questions before you purchase.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
For any item/s received damaged, we must be notified within 14 days of receipt of the item via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and you will be asked to provide photo evidence. The photo evidence must include a photo of the packaging as it arrives, as all damage generally occurs during transit as we have extremely high standards of product and packaging here at Little Jane before our items are sent. If an item is deemed to be damaged during transit, you as a customer, will need to lodge an application with the shipping company for replacement of the damaged goods. Queries beyond 14 days of receipt of the item and without photo evidence of packaging, unfortunately, Little Jane and its freight contractors cannot be held liable for damages.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We currently ship to Australia and select International countries.
Free Standard Australian Shipping on all orders. Please be aware that standard shipping is not tracked, therefore you will not be supplied with a tracking number. The customer understands Little Jane is not liable for the product once it is dispatched. Please triple check your shipping address, as Little Jane is not responsible for orders not being delivered if the address has been written incorrectly at the checkout.
All orders will be prepared and posted as soon as possible, generally within 3 business days of receiving the order. Standard shipping will take between 3-8 business days (as per Australia Post estimated shipping times), depending on where in Australia it is being shipped to. Please contact us via email if you require your parcel ASAP and we will endeavour to do what we can to make this possible. You will receive either an email or message once the item has been posted.
Express (generally next day delivery) and Tracked Shipping (3-8 business days) is available, please select this at the checkout if required.

Standard International shipping is not tracked, therefore the customer understands that Little Jane is not liable for any lost products once it is dispatched. If you require tracked shipping, please contact Little Jane to arrange this prior to placing your order (there will be an additional fee). Please allow 3 business days to have your order packaged and then allow an estimated time for delivery of 2 weeks, but can be up to 4 weeks depending on where it is being sent to. Refer to Australia Post delivery times for International Shipping. International Shipping is calculated at the checkout.
